Ybor City is no stranger to a variety of great festivals celebrating everything from local cultures to great beers and more all throughout the year.  One of the best may just be the annual Ybor Heritage and Cigar Festival which returns to Ybor Square this year on Saturday, November 17.

This day-long celebration of cigar culture and heritage in Ybor City will feature a variety of family-friendly attractions and entertainment paying homage to this great Tampa neighborhood.

The 2012 Ybor Heritage and Cigar Festival will play host to everything from live cigar rolling demonstrations to live music featuring a musical tribute to Amy Winehouse from Gwan Massive, great Ybor-inspired cuisine, Bay area food trucks, an exclusive VIP area, and much more.

The live entertainment will last throughout the event with performances from local musicians including The Swingin' Mooks, Acho Brother, and Jack Jasper Band.

Kids are welcome to the Heritage and Cigar Festival as well which will feature a special Kids Zone in Historic Ybor Square with special crafts, games, activities, and more.

Tickets to the 2012 Ybor City Heritage and Cigar Festival are $5 in advance and $10 at the gate. Kids 12 and under get in free. VIP tickets are $60 in advance and $80 at the gate.

Those with VIP tickets will get to enjoy open bar and food from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., the “Buildings Alive!” historic architecture tour, a meet and greet with Ian Beckles and members of the Tampa Bay Rays, event t-shirt, cigar, access to air conditioning and private bathrooms.
