The first Saturday of every month from 10 am to 4 pm, the block on 19th Street between 8th & 9th Avenues is transformed into an art lover’s haven. Artists Dan Balk and Arnold Martinez open their studios and engage with the public with demonstrations and discussions on their work. In addition, artwork from local artists, crafters and musicians present their work to the public.

Art on 19th St. in Tampa’s historic Ybor City only gets better when visitors find out it’s completely FREE! There are options to purchase artwork at the different venues where this artsy block party is held. The businesses where you can buy the art are also presenters of this event: The Singing Stone Gallery, Arnold Martinez Gallery, Tre Amici @ The Bunker, The Ybor City Museum Store and The Ybor City Museum State Park.

The kinds of artwork guests can purchase range from fine art jewelry, ceramics, paintings, handmade accessories and more. All the while viewing the unique artwork, delight in the live music and art presentations given. The first 100 people to arrive receive a free ice cream cone from McDonald’s as well (Limited Time Offer). With so much free entertainment, Art on 19th St. is a must attend event every first Saturday of the month!

*Local Businesses are encouraged to donate items for these events and will get promoted for the cause.*
