Earlier today via Twitter, Lady Gaga released a slew of dates for a North American Tour deemed the Born This Way Ball. Lucky (or unfortunately depending on who you are) for us, Tampa made the list with a concert date set for Wednesday, March 13 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
The Tampa stop on the tour will neighbor two additional Florida appearances from Gaga on the tour including shows at at Fort Lauderdale’s BankAtlantic Center on March 15 and Miami’s American Airlines Arena on March 16.
There is no information regarding tickets or on-sale dates for tickets to the Born This Way Ball tour stop in Tampa, but if the 16,000 in attendance at her last Tampa Bay Times Show are any evidence, you can bet they’ll sell fast once they’re available. As always, we’ll keep you updated as ticket information becomes available.
Gaga will appear in Tampa in support of last year’s divisive album Born This Way which featured singles like “Born This Way”, “Judas”, and “The Edge of Glory”. The Born This Way Ball tour began shortly after the album’s release with a slew of dates in South Korea then Asia, Australia and Europe.
Before embarking on her North American tour in January of 2013, Gaga will play a host of shows throughout Latin America and Africa.
