Come February 2014, MOSI will welcome a new exhibit based off the popular Discovery Channel TV show Mythbusters where guests will get to test some of the show's most popular myths, the Tampa Tribune reports.

The exhibit will span about 10,000 feet on MOSI's first floor with a variety of cool exhibits featuring real props from the show as well as a space where guests can debunk some of the shows most popular myths, like whether you get more wet walking or running through the rain and whether toasts always lands butter side-down, for themselves.

Three sections will make up the exhibit including a blueprint room, based on the real life operations room of the Mythbuster's set, with gadgets, props, video and blueprints used on the show.

The workshop is where guests can test some of the myths themselves and the live Mythbusters stage which will feature live science demonstrations that debunk the myths and more.

Mythbusters: The Explosive Exhibition premiers on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Museum of Science and Industry.  Tickets are on sale now.

Tickets to MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition are $24.95 for adults, $21.95 for seniors (60+) and $19.95 for children ages 2-12. They also include admission to either MOSI’s permanent exhibits OR a pass to a documentary IMAX film.
