Bulls football is back! And, really, we couldn’t be happier. Now in their 15th season, this once tiny, Division 1-AA organization has grown into a gridiron monster as a once-member and still very viable contender in the BCS top 25.
This year, we’ve got a big schedule ahead of us to say the least; a South Bend, Indiana season opener against Notre Dame, a sure to be heated match against longtime rivals, Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, and a (hopefully) contentious match against West Virginia at home just to name a few. Check out the full 2011 USF Football Schedule!
To see the USF football up close and personal before the 2011 season, check out Fan Fest at Raymond James Stadium this Saturday, August 20. Kicking off at 4 p.m., Fan Fest is a FREE event rife with opportunities for autographs and pictures with coach Skip Holtz and the team, interactive exhibits on the field and much more. Ticket sales reps will also be on hand if you’re looking to scope out some seats and buy season tickets for the 2011 season.
Parking is free in lot 4 at Raymond James, but be sure to get there early as spots will definitely fill up fast.
When Fan Fest ends at 6 p.m., many (including us!) will head across the bay to catch USF Night with the Rays at Tropicana Field. Cheer on our Tampa Bay Rays as they face off against the Seattle Mariners at 7:10 p.m. Baseline box seats with a free Rays/USF hat are only $30.
Head out this Saturday and support USF Bulls football at Fan Fest 2011.
