The 2013 fall semester is now officially underway at the University of South Florida main campus in Tampa.  Much like years prior, the annual Week of Welcome has returned with an assortment of student events and more to help everyone get acclimated to the upcoming school year.

USF's Week of Welcome officially began last week, but the festivities continue tonight, August 27 with an event titled "Late Night with Campus Recreation".  Join the Campus Recreation Center (REC 111) for a fun night of fitness including a Zumba-thon from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., dodgeball from 8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., and other fitness events throughout the night.

The Week of Welcome will continue on Wednesday, August 28 with the first Bull Market Bonanza of the year. Kicking off at 9 a.m. in the Marshall Student Center Amphitheatre, this college flea market of sorts will feature a weekly assortment of student organizations, local businesses, and more selling goods, providing information, giving away free stuff and more.

Thursday, August 29 is "Our Shirt Day" on campus where students can purchase the official shirt of USF and all USF Athletic events for only $5 at the bookstore.

In addition, Thursday will play host to the renowned Round-Up 2013, the annual Week of Welcome tradition at the Sun Dome featuring live entertainment, information on ways to get involved on campus and more.  This year, Chris Distefano, Jessimae Peluso, and Lil Duval from MTV's Girl Code and Guy Code will host all the Round-Up festivities.  Just bring your student ID and get in free.
