Lowry Park Zoo is gearing up to host its annual holiday celebration, Wild Wonderland taking place on select nights at the park between December 8th and 30th.

This fun, family-friendly celebration will transform Lowry Park Zoo into a beautiful nighttime winter wonderland you won't soon forget.  Starting on Saturday, December 8, then continuing from December 14th through 23rd and 26th through 30th, Wild Wonderland will feature millions of beautiful holiday lights strewn throughout the zoo, opportunities to meet Santa (until December 23), as well as real reindeer and penguins on display.

In addition, there will be nightly "Florida Flurries" giving the park a dose of wintertime snow from the sky as well as a 100-foot Arctic Blast Ice Slide, free zoo rides, Frosty and other costumed characters walking throughout the park, holiday treats, and more.

Each night will kick off at 6:30 p.m. (park's regular hours end at 5 p.m.).  Admission is $13 for Adults, $11 for Children ages 3-1, and free for children 2 and under. Annual pass holders at the Zoo pay $9.50 for Adults, $7.50 for Children (ages 3-11), and nothing for children 2 and under.
