For the second year in a row, Tampa's Historic Ybor City District will play host to a fun, free, and family-friendly holiday spirit parade, winter carnival, and real snow on 7th Avenue this Saturday, December 15.

Taking place along Ybor City's Historic 7th Avenue, this annual parade in Tampa will commemorate the spirit of the holiday season with an assortment of horse drawn carriages, marching bands, performers, Santa Claus, and more well-suited for kids and adults of all ages.

The parade will kick off at 7 p.m. on 7th Avenue between the 20th and 19th Street intersections in Ybor City. Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn will then lead the pack which will travel through the heart of this historic Tampa district.

Recognized as one of the “10 Great Streets in America,” 7th Avenue will also be the setting for real snow falling from the rooftops of businesses lining the street.  Stroll down 7th Avenue between 15th and 17th Street and forgot you're even in Florida as winter snow falls from the sky for a truly unique holiday experience in Ybor.  Check out our video of the snow on 7th Avenue from last year below.

The parade will end near the 1400 East 7th Avenue parking lot where tons of games, prizes, and more will be on hand for all to enjoy at Ybor City's annual Winter Carnival.

Head down to Centro Ybor where Santa Claus will be taking pictures in front of the amazing, 34-foot tree in front of the plaza as carolers sing live holiday music for all to enjoy.

Ybor City's Historic Holiday Parade, Snow, and Carnival is completely FREE to attend and open to the public.  For more information, head over to yborcityonline.com.
