Pie, anyone? Cigarette? One too many shots? Pressing that snooze button, on the alarm to a lifestyle change, is NOT worth the body buzz! Motivation is often viewed as the first obstacle to getting fit. “I don’t have time… I don’t like working out alone… I can‘t get a sitter…” Are you telling yourself, I CAN’T or I DON‘T?

That’s okay! That‘s what makes changing your lifestyle all the more inspiring. FIRST, STOP PROCRASTINATING! YOU are YOUR story, and YOU’RE the author!

If you’re looking to get involved in a FIT LIFESTYLE, the first step to inspire yourself and others is simple. Find a network of people with the energy boost you crave. This can be an online community, a fitness club, or a group of friends. Ask yourself, what do I love to do? What have I done? Why don’t I do those things?

Once you know what’s holding you back you can allow yourself to become the ideal you. If you’re stuck in the, “I CAN’T” or “I DON’T” chapter of your life, then rewrite it! Say, “I CAN’T live happily without a FIT LIFESTYLE and I DON’T intend to ever stop!” That’s what I said to myself when I started editing my lifestyle; LET’S REWRITE OURSELVES TOGETHER!
