Going down at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Brandon, the fair is a one of a kind experience featuring a ton of midway rides, games, live entertainment, delicious food, and much more.
This year, fair patrons can expect a variety of live entertainment including a daily Xtreme Sports Show and the Country Gold Tour, a country concert on December 15 (12 and 4 p.m.) featuring top country artists Leroy Van Dyke, Lynn Anderson, Gene Watson, Janie Frickie, and T.G. Sheppard.
Food at the 2012 Florida State Fair will be more delicious and crazier than ever. Expect a variety of greasy, mouthwatering food including deep fried bubble gum, glazed doughnut burgers, a bacon peanut butter burger, deep fried mashed potatoes, and deep fried M&M's.
Advance single tickets to the fair cost $8 for adults 12 and over, $4 for kids 12 and under, and $6 for seniors. A midway armband, which gets you unlimited rides for the day, costs $25.
