Ryuu offer customers a mixture of traditional and contemporary Japanese dining. The restaurants offer table side cooking performed by Japanese chefs. Ryuu will have group tables for people who want that experience, and who don't mind possibly sharing a table with strangers. It also will have Western-style private tables.
