Golf outing will benefit Prostate Cancer via Moffitt Cancer Center
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Cypress Creek golf course in Ruskin, FL.

Registration day of begins at 7 am, with tee-off at 8:30 am.
The cost for this event is only $75 per person early registration or $300 for foursome. This price includes, 18 holes of golf, riding cart and lunch buffet. Lunch consists of: (grilled chicken, pasta, assorted rolls, salad, mashed potatoes, cookies and brownies.) Singles will be paired before the event.
Early registration ends Aug 17th ; price will increase after Aug. 17th to $80 per person and $320.00 for foursome.
Awards/Prizes to follow Lunch for:
1st and 2nd place teams, longest drive, closest to pin and putting contest.
Bring your cash for the silent auction and raffles. This year the list of items will be bigger and better.
Raffle ticket pricing:
5 Tickets $10/12 Tickets $20/or the best deal wingspan length for $35
Also for purchase day of mulligan package 1 sheet with 8 cards $25.00

Golf attire is required. Collared shirts and appropriate shorts or pants. No Steel spikes are allowed on the course.
