Since 2003, The Greater Brandon Community Foundation has been one of the strongest charitable organizations in the area. Doing most of their work in Brandon, Florida, which is just next door to Tampa, this team represents the entire county proudly with the acts of kindness and involvement in the community they have presented. Supporting over 50 registered charities and distributing nearly one million dollars to local charities in the Brandon community, it is no wonder why so many choose to get involved with this non-profit organization.
The Brandon Foundation hosts several major annual fundraising events throughout the year. These annual events include the Charity Golf Classic, Southern Charm Wine & Food Gala, Brandon Blast, Evening of Hope, Winter Fest and Spring Coffee. Each of these events brings business leaders from Brandon, Tampa and even Clearwater, Florida all of whom support the foundation with not just finances but their time. The preparation that is involved in putting these events together takes a generous amount of time by the Brandon Foundation board and team members. They meet as often as possible and delegate every detail to the proper team. The organization and seriousness of the members in this group is truly inspiring.

Another way to get involved is by becoming ‘an angel.’ The Angel Program invites individuals to give time, services, gift certificates and financial donations to families in need.
