Booze Cruize Brunch at Gaspar's Grotto in Ybor City

When it comes to weekend brunches in the Tampa Bay area, the Booze Cruize Brunch at Gaspar's Grotto would likely sit near the top of the list, and for good reason. This legendary Ybor City bar and restaurant has played host to the Booze Cruize Brunch every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for years, perfecting a veritable cornucopia of fresh buffet items, a la carte meals and a boatload of different drinks including $2 Mimosas and a Bloody Mary Bar to start the day off right.

The Sunday menu at Gaspar's Grotto offers a variety of different options for getting your brunch on.  For the ultimate experience, go for the Famous Booze Cruize Brunch ($39.95) which gets you access to the Gaspar's brunch buffet featuring a raw bar and carving station, one hot item of your choice from the a la carte menu, a three-ounce carafe of vodka for the Bloody Mary bar, and a 1/2 carafe of Champagne for Mimosas. Dining for two on the Booze Cruize Brunch will get you a full bottle of champagne.

Other options include the Booze and Buffet which includes everything listed above minus the a la carte menu item, the Brunch and Buffet includes buffet access and an a la carte item, and Buffet Only which includes "eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, raw bar, breads, charcuterie, yogurt bar, salmon station, and more"  according to Gaspar's Grotto.
