If you're looking for a taste of Ireland right here in Tampa Bay, then Four Green Fields has your back.  Recognized as America's only authentic, thatch-roofed Irish pub, Four Green Fields has been a Tampa institution for almost 20 years boasting an admirable beer selection, authentic Irish pub grub, and some great live music on select nights of the week.

Browse the menu and you're greeted with an eclectic selection of classic Irish dishes and a few traditional American standbys.  Their shepherds pie is claimed by some to be the best in Tampa and comes packed with braised premium ground beef topped with fluffy mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese.  Other selections include traditional Irish stew with Guinness-braised beef with onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes, as well as American standards like a cheddar cheeseburger, chicken tenders, and potato skins.

If you're looking for a little leisure, Four Green Fields can definitely provide.  Enjoy a tall pint of Guinness poured the right way or some classically Irish Jameson whiskey as you relax on the patio and take in some great live music.  Speaking of live music, Four Green Fields was actually the only Florida pub to host a Sinead O'Connor performance back in 2005.  Talk about authentically Irish.

While, exercise probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of an Irish pub, Four Green Fields is trying to change that with their weekly running club.  You heard right, running club.  Head out there on Tuesday nights, fill out a waiver, pay the one time $3 entry fee and be on your way to running through Downtown Tampa with some possible new drinking buddies.  Once you get back to the pub, enjoy a pint on the house as you regain composure from your run.

Sound awesome?  Head to Four Green Fields in Downtown Tampa and see what they're all about today!
