Mangroves SoHo recently played host to Tampa food bloggers to showcase their new brunch menu.

Mangroves is mostly known for their vibrant nightlife, but the dinner and brunch menus are full of culinary delights. At this event, samples were given to the bloggers mingling around the bar area, which is subtle and perfect for a cozy meal with friends or a significant other. The atmosphere inside is certainly unique for brunch, which can be a welcome change, but Mangroves also has a beautiful patio, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Florida weather. Dishes sampled included:

West Coast Toast - Grand Marnier infused french toast ($12)
Chicken & Bacon Waffles - Fried chicken tenders served atop Belgian bacon waffles with a spicy maple syrup ($14)
Truffled Scrambled Eggs - Eggs infused with truffles, served in a phyllo cup and topped with tobiko ($12)
Eggs Benedict - Classic benedict with Canadian bacon and poached eggs atop a toasted brioche roll, topped with hollandaise sauce ($13)
Huevos Rancheros - Poached eggs in a spicy tomato broth with onions, peppers and sausage, served atop a corn tortilla quesadilla ($13)

Mangroves also offers Eggs Florentine, Pommes Dauphine, along with sandwiches, rounding out their brunch menu. All breakfast items are served with sweet potato hash and all sandwiches are served with french fries.

Mangroves has everything that a brunch-goer can possibly want: two atmospheres (inside and outside), delicious food and Mangroves even features live music.

Brunch is every Sunday from 11am - 4pm. Experience the brunch yourself and share your experience.
