This past Sunday, Burger 21 opened the doors of its new Carrollwood location to the public.

Located at 11777 N. Dale Mabry Highway, this new, North Tampa location is poised to be just as, if not more successful than their original Westchase location, and for good reason.

After our Taste Tour of 813 experience at Burger 21, it's evident they have a delicious concept on their hands; fast casual dining with delectable chef-inspired burgers and other fast food fare.  Think Five Guys, but better.

Typical white-bread sesame seed buns are replaced with pillowy, fresh brioche.  Burger 21 beef is always 100% USDA Choice and their inventiveness with burgers like the Texas Haystack and BBQ Bacon Burger are second to none.  They also have a wide selection of burgers featuring other proteins including seafood, veggie, chicken, and turkey.

Other selections at Burger 21 include mini slider burgers (come in packs of 4), Hebrew National all beef hot dogs, fresh salads, hand dipped shakes, sundaes, and more.

This new Carrollwood location boasts 2,900 square feet of space, 67 employees, and dining room for 100 customers.  Burger 21 officials are already gunning for more Tampa locations as well as opening the concept to franchising across the country.

By the looks of it, Burger 21 is poised for some solid success.  With burgers as delectable as theirs, it's hard to wish them anything but the best.
