Grillsmith is getting a facelift.  For the first time since 2004, this six-unit Tampa Bay area restaurant is launching a rebranding campaign complete with a totally revamped menu and new, interactive website.

This Tampa restaurant chain, which specializes in chef-inpsired, creative takes on traditional, American dishes, has found solid success with its six locations throughout the Bay area, is now changing their approach with a reworked menu that now includes additional appetizers, small plates, and more.

New appetizers include Voodoo Cheese Fries ($5.95) - seasoned fries, New Orleans style white barbecue sauce, smoked gouda, cheddar, swiss, andouille sausage, green onions, cilantro sour cream dip - and Spicy Thai Chicken ($7.95), a spinoff of their classic Spicy Thai Shrimp.

If you're looking to sample, Grillsmith now offers small plate versions of many appetizers and entrees as well.  Some of these include small takes on their Stoli Ravioli($7.95) with grilled chicken and ricotta cheese tossed in Stoli vodka tomato cream sauce as well as Chimichurri Steak ($7.95) and Center Cut Sirloin ($6.95) with mushroom Marsala wine sauce.

With locations in Brandon, Carrollwood, Clearwater, Lakeland, New Tampa, and South Tampa, there's bound to be a Grillsmith close by.  Stop in and give 'em a try.
