The staff at the Acropolis in Ybor is dishonest and rude. I will NEVER bring my business there again, and I hope any one who reads this won't either. The service was incredibly slow, and the wait staff was unfriendly. There was a mix up with my friend whom I was splitting the bill with, and we ended up paying twice - I charged the bill to my card, and she left the full payment in cash as well. The waitress didn't bother to say anything to either of us, I mean really, who leaves 100% of the bill for a tip, especially when the service sucked?! We realized what happened when we got home, and I immediately called the restaurant to ask them not to charge my card. The hostess that answered was so rude, she said 'sorry we can't do that, we can't be sure that you actually paid in cash'
and I replied 'are you serious? why can't you ask our waitress?' she told me I could talk to the manager, so of course I said yes, and then she put me on hold where a short time later the call was disconnected. I tried to call back but no one answered.

as far as I'm concerned, the Acropolis is owned and operated by dirty, dishonest people and I can guarantee I'll never eat there again. Take your business elsewhere.
