Amidst a period of diminished popularity and barren storefronts, Hyde Park Village will now, hopefully, experience a resurgence witha number of new stores set to open at the plaza this summer according to the Tampa Tribune.

The stores include the bridal boutique White Magnolia Bridal Collection; socially-conscious clothing retailer High Cotton Living; local boutique Navy; The West Elm home goods retailer; and Dixieland Monogramming - all set to open this summer.

West Elm home goods plans on taking the formerly occupied space of its sister company Williams-Sonoma, located in the circle around Hyde Park Village's central fountain.  Construction has begun wirh a tentative opening set for this September the Tribune reports.

High Cotton Living is another new retailer with plans to open at 1619 W. Snow Circle in the Village sometime this summer.  This socially conscious clothing retailer specializes in home goods, clothing and accessories from companies and suppliers that give back to their respective communities, with offerings all sourced from "sustainable processes in the United States" the Tribune reports.

Navy, another local boutique, will open next door to High Cotton Living with offerings like unique shoes, jewelry and accessories this summer.  Dixie Monogramming is also set to open sometime this summer after growing their online business.

White Magnolia Bridal collection, an appointment-only, upscale bridal boutique will also open its doors in Hyde Park Village this summer.  Founded in Jacksonville, White Magnolia offers gowns starting at $1,300 and reaching up to $4,000.

Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids, two of Hyde Park Village's anchor stores have re-signed their leases for some of the Village's larger spaces the Tribune reports.
