The annual Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic will be held February 21-23, 2014 and be held on Bayshore Blvd. There will be a health and fitness expo along with a 5k, 8k, 15k, and half marathon.
Event Details
The annual Publix Supermarkets Gasparilla Distance Classic will be held from February 21st to February 23rd. On the 21st, there will be a health and fitness expo at the Tampa Convention Center. The running events will be held on the weekend and are run by a non-profit organization to raise money for charities.
Each day will offer different races on each day. The event consists of the following races:
* 15K and 5K
* 15K Wheelchair
* Kellogg's Special K 5K Walk and Stroller Roll
* Team Competitions
* Half Marathon and 5+3K
* USAA Military Division
* Michelob Ultra & Beck's Light Challenge
* Fifth Third Bank Too Good For Drugs Jr. Classic Kids Event
