The waterfront park is transformed into a winter wonderland for the holiday party. The Rough Riders parade steps off at 11 a.m at Morgan Street and Madison Street, travels west to Ashley Drive and turn north to Cass Street. The party continues at the park with crafts, games, holiday entertainment, ice skating and photos with Santa.
