I like the location in Downtown Tampa and the historic building it is in. The food is amazing and there are plenty of different options for breakfast. If you are going on the weekend during prime time, there may be a wait as this is a popular spot.

Have to pay for parking in downtown but not on weekends north of Kennedy Blvd. They are not open for dinner.
