Chalk Walk Art Festival 2012

Fans of unconventional, but amazing art will love the Chalk Walk Art Festival going down at Hyde Park Village from March 16 to 18.

This family-friendly weekend fest will feature Over 40 chalk and plein air artists creating live art right on the streets of Hyde Park.

The 2012 Chalk Walk Art Festival will also play host to a ton of other awesome attractions including crafts and activities for the kids, an open air market, live music, and great drink specials from Blue Moon Beer and Barefoot Wine.

The festival kicks off bright and early at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 16 when the chalk and plein artists will begin working and will end around 4 p.m. on Sunday when awards will be handed out for the best works of art.
