Sampling Science: The Engineering Behind Craft Beer

The University of South Florida's American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers will be hosting their inaugural beer tasting fundraiser, Sampling Science: The Engineering Behind Craft Beer, on Friday, February 20th at 6:30 PM. The evening will feature local and national craft breweries serving samples to attendees. Throughout the night, guest speakers will talk about the science and engineering behind craft beer and other topics. Local vendors will be at be selling their green, organic, and/or all-natural products. Proceeds from this event benefit the Student Chapters of AIChE and SWE to promote their mission of STEM education and awareness.
