The last Monday of every month, the Title Boxing Club hosts a Main Event Monday where they feature a themed night of work our classes.
The South Tampa location for the month of September will host Cosmic Boxing where the lights are turned off and the music up!
Power Hour workouts at Title Boxing Club are an intense workout program that can burn up to 1,000 calories in just 1 hour. It is great for weight loss, strength gaining and endurance building.
