Mother's Day Brunch with Make-Mom-A-Pancake Station Only at Pelagia Trattoria

Pelagia Trattoria’s celebrated Mother’s Day brunch returns Sunday, May 11, when the restaurant transforms its traditional dining room into a collection of cooking and carving stations and irresistible displays of fresh seafood on ice, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses, a selection of sweets and so much more.
Enjoy favorites from this extensive buffet from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Mother’s Day. A made-to-order omelet and egg station will prepare a perfect omelet or eggs-your-way dish until 3 p.m. when a pasta station begins creating delicious pasta dishes.
Youngsters get to select from a wide range of ingredients they can use to make mom a perfect pancake at the Make-Mom-A-Pancake station where flapjacks will be flipping from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The Mother’s Day brunch carving station features oven-roasted turkey, prime rib and pork loin while the selection of seafood on ice includes poached shrimp, Gulf oysters and crab claws.
Rounding out the restaurant’s brunch items are platters of fresh fruits and berries, assorted grilled vegetables, sliced Italian meats, artisan cheeses and a cold buffet featuring salads - ranging from organic greens to a zesty, chopped Greek salad. The hot buffet will be filled with temptations like traditional Eggs Benedict, apple wood smoked bacon and pork sausage until 3 p.m. Starting at 3 p.m. select items, including assorted pizzas, grilled salmon and chicken piccata, will be added to the impressive array of tasty dishes.
The cost is $49 per person for adults which includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine (one per person). Children, ages 5 - 12, dine for $18. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
