Spend time with your toddler learning yoga poses with other kids! Its a fun way to help your children learn and improve their development.
Introducing your toddler to the joys of yoga may help them use their abundant energy in a positive and healthy way, can teach them (and you) ways to work together through stressful and anxious moments, and provides an interesting and challenging set of poses for your toddler to physically accomplish!
Our teacher, Krystal Feliciano, will be leading this 6-week series. Strong crawlers to age 5 are welcome to attend. Parents or guardians will also help their little yogi participate in class!
