Suncoast REIA First Steps To Sucess meeting on Thursday, August 19, 2010, has Maria Hayden speaking to members and guests on how to get started buying and selling real estate, and why this is a good time to start investing.

Maria Hayden educates herself by attending workshops and classes to increase her real estate I.Q. and give her confidence in the transaction process.  Maria finds opportunities by always networking, asking questions,and  being interested in what others have to say. 

Getting started on buying real estate can be daunting.  Once you have taken that first step and experience some success, you'll have the courage to continue onto find new deals and increase your acumen and build on each new success.
