Haven't been to the beach side. Always go with my husband and one son to the fishing side. There are nice spaces to park and fish if only people would quit treating it like their personal dump! Every time we go, we have to clean up other people's trash and broken bottles. Where's the so-called adoption groups who are supposed to be responsible for keeping it picked up? And why on earth do people act so trashy?! Clean up after yourselves!

Filthy, trash everywhere, overgrown to the point you scratch your vehicle with the brush growing over onto the roadway and deep ruts on the other side of same roadway make it impossible to avoid scratching your vehicle

I like to come here if I don't feel like driving all the way to Clearwater but still want to clear my head and enjoy some natural beauty. I realize that Tampa natives think this place sucks, but I'm from NYC and our beaches are so polluted - this place (and others)look beautiful too me.

I like to come here if I don't feel like driving all the way to Clearwater but still want to clear my head and enjoy some natural beauty.
