Sponsored by Tampa Charities, Inc., this is the 14th year to break out the holiday-themed costumes to support Meals on Wheels Tampa Bay. There will be big prizes for best holiday-themed costumes and group costumes. The secret pub crawl route will begin at 7:30 p.m.
