Both shows feature poet par excellence Taalam Acey, whom Stevie Wonder says "so inspired him with [his] work."
Popular Tampa poet Walter "Wally B." Jennings, whose new CD debuts at the event and well-known Orlando poet, Blu Bailey, are also performing at both shows that evening.
The first of the two shows begins promptly at 7:30pm, the second promptly at 9:30pm.
DJ Zay, a USF student who has made a big name for himself as a party/nightclub DJ, is providing the music for the first show. The Beat Down Band, Tampa’s most engaging music ensemble, is playing at the second show.
