| Pros: | The food and service were great. | | Cons: | No outside seating, at least not when I went. | | Comments: | I have heard great things about Al's Finger Licking BBQ and have driven by it so many times. I regret that now as I wish I would have gone sooner. The service was extremely friendly, the restaurant atmosphere made it feel like a very southern restaurant and the location is great. Located in Ybor City but away from all the action on 7th Ave, Al's is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and is in walking distance from the bars and festivities. I went here for lunch and had a dinner platter which came with two sides. The BBQ beans were delicious with a little sweet flavor. The Pork BBQ was tender and had plenty of flavor. I recommend this place if you are looking for some good BBQ in Tampa. |
