Little Monsters get ready; because Lady Gaga is finally coming to Tampa! The brilliantly-bizarre artist is taking the stage at the Amalie Arena on December 1st for her “Joanne World Tour.” This round of shows will consist of a blend of pop and rock, with a trigger to all emotions through her moving performances.

Born as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, Gaga has always had music pumping through her veins. She learned how to play the piano at an astounding age of four years old while later being admitted into New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts – one of the most prestigious arts institutions. With her classical training blended with a pop sensibility and a look that is as unforgettable as the hooks to her chart-toppers, Gaga was quickly molded into the star she is today, using all of the resources now available to do incredible things at her live performances.

Unorthodox and ostracized at a young age, Lady Gaga is now praised by the admiration that her fans have for her peculiar talents and passions. She is inspirational to many, and advocates for those that often don’t have a voice for themselves. She is bold in that she bravely rides past any negation that discourages her feminist spirit; this is what separates her from many. Unafraid to show raw beauty and hidden depths of the mind, her poetic lyrics allow her fans to connect on a spiritual medium. She challenges the pompous and arrogant that fail to see the purpose in admiring the differences in each person’s fibers. What distinguishes her is how she can relate to those that have suffered from mental illnesses, health issues, and being misunderstood. Her presence and music simply state “just be you.”

This is an event you won't want to miss, but tickets will be easier to find on StubHub than at the box office. December 1st Lady Gaga will set foot in the Amalie Arena starting at 7:30pm. Her fans are already legion, but those that haven't seen her might leave the arena as one of her Little Monsters.
