While art events like fairs, markets, and gallery walks are plentiful throughout the year in Tampa, it's not every day that a cool art happening like this comes around.
Commercial Real Estate Women, or CREW Tampa Bay in conjunction with the City of Tampa have worked to contribute over 60 works of sculpted art in a program titled the artLOUD! Sculpture Exhibition.
artLOUD! will install 19 of these large scale sculptures along the streets and Riverwalk in Downtown Tampa on November 5-6. Staging will take place from 11 a.m. till 2p.m. on each day at the Howard Johnson Riverside Plaza Hotel.
The sculptures come from notable artists around Tampa and the U.S. including Marc De Waele, James Olsen, Ofra Friedman, Bradley Arthur, and more.
The official sculpture unveiling as well as an awards ceremony and silent auction will take place on November 11 at the Glazer Children's Museum from 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $65.
