From Monday December 26 through Friday, December 30, the Florida Aquarium will host Holiday FantaSea, a family-friendly celebration featuring real snow, dazzling holiday lights and more in Channelside.
Celebrate the holidays in Tampa with this one of a kind event at the Florida Aquarium where kids and adults alike can explore all the great exhibits inside the Aquarium including PenguinPlace in the Wetlands Gallery to see penguins in their special holiday hangout. Santa and his swimming elves as well as special holiday mermaids will swim throughout the massive tanks alongside all the amazing aquatic creatures at 5:30 p.m. each night during Holiday FantaSea.
In addition, the Florida Aquarium will host two dazzling light shows at 6 and 6:30 p.m. each night, a huge holiday model train display, and extended hours during the Holiday FantaSea event.
Best of all, there will be a play area featuring REAL where kids of all ages can play in this winter wonderland to their heart's content.
General admission tickets to the Florida Aquarium for Holiday FantaSea are $19.95 for adults, $17.95 for seniors 60 and older, $15.95 for kids 12 and under, and free for kids 2 and under when you purchase in advance at flaquarium.org.
