Is it possible to eat delicious, healthy food, all while maintaining harmony of mind, body, and soul?

Gene Baur, the cofounder and president of Farm Sanctuary, believes so and will be laying out his “key to happiness” at the Free Book Signing at Tampa's Oxford Exchange on Sunday, May 17 at 3:30 p.m.

At the event, Baur will talk about his tenure as head of the Farm Sanctuary, one of the nation’s leading farm animal protection organizations, as well as his new book,  “Living the Farm Sanctuary Life: The Ultimate Guide to Eating Mindfully, Living Longer, and Feeling Better Every Day”.

The book, co-authored by Gene Stone of “Forks Over Knives” fame, elaborates extensively on how to have a animal-friendly, vegan lifestyle that allows individuals to eat consciously, connect to nature, and reduce stress. Also featured are 100 delicious recipes selected by some of the organization’s greatest fans, most of whom are chefs and celebrities.

Food lovers, conscious eaters, and readers/writers alike will thoroughly enjoy this enlightening and informative session at one of Tampa’s most popular destinations.
