Add another one to the list of massive summer concerts in Tampa; the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival is coming to the 1-800-ASK-GARY Amphitheatre on Thursday, September 13.

Boasting an all-star lineup of well-known and up and coming rock and alternative acts, the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival will featured a full day of heavy hitting music divided between the main and side stage of the Amphitheatre.

Main stage headliners at the the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival will include Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, Adelitas Way and P.O.D., all bolstered by a solid assortment of up-and-comers like Fozzy, Thousand Foot Krutch, Mindset Evolution, Deuce, and more on the side stage.

Tampa rock fans can get a serious dose of some of the biggest names in rock this summer between this and  the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival two months before on July 13.

Maybe it's just us, but it seems like Rockstar really enjoys sponsoring rock concerts.  Not that we're complaining.  Anyone who has a part in wrangling hard rock beasts like Slayer, Anthrax, Motorhead, and Slipknot into one festival setting is doing an undeniably stand-up job.

Tickets to the Rockstar Uproar Festival go on sale Friday, June 15 and range in price from $25 to $85 per person.  Not bad considering the multitude of big names that round out the bill.
