If you’re a 727area foodie, you’re going to want to pull out your calendar right now. You won’t want to miss St. Pete's Wing & Craft Beer Fest, being held next Friday, April 19, from 6-11 p.m. The Gulf to Bay Food Truck Association and the City of St Petersburg are joining forces to put on one of the most mouthwatering food festivals of the year at Albert Whitted Park in Downtown St. Petersburg.

The St. Pete Wing & Craft Beer Fest will feature over 15 Tampa Bay area food trucks serving up specialty chicken wing dishes like Maggie on the Move's Old Bay Wings that come tossed in butter and Old Bay seasoning with a side of ranch.

In addition to dishing out special wing creations for everyone at the fest, the food trucks will also be serving their normal cuisine, including Vanchetta Food Truck's porcini-infused burger with fontina cheese, onion, aioli, and, of course, porchetta. To keep your thirst quenched while you chow down on some delicious wings, craft beer will also be available for purchase.

If you’ve got room for dessert after feasting on juicy chicken wings and beer, you’re in luck! The festival will have five dessert food trucks to satisfy your sweet tooth with everything from churros to donuts.

The St. Pete Wing & Craft Beer Fest is free to attend as well as family and pet-friendly. As you wander from truck to truck filling your bellies, you can enjoy live music from Wild Root Music and browse through some local vendors like Everything Must Glow and the Jerky Man. Be sure to bring some picnic chairs and blankets with you if you want to rest your feet while you eat!

Whether you’re a wing lover or a vegetarian that loves a good food truck rally, the St. Pete Wing & Craft Beer Fest will have something for you. Guests will have plenty of delicious meals and brews to choose from. Even if you’re not hungry, you can head to Albert Whitted Park for a festive night with some great music. We’ll see you there, probably covered in wing sauce!
