This year’s keynote speaker and Power of Giving Paragon Award is two-time Super Bowl Champion, NFL game analyst, and former Tampa Bay Buccaneer, Anthony “Booger” McFarland.

Established in 2006, the Ryan Nece Foundation has empowered teens to become leaders and givers in their communities through their Student Service Program. Funds raised at the 5th Annual Power Plate Leadership Luncheon will support this program, which mentors teens through their leadership curriculum and service projects, including an annual service trip.

The Annual Power Plate Leadership Luncheon attracts more than 250 top community leaders and influencers in Tampa, Student Service Program members, alumni, and friends as well as the recipient of The Power of Giving Paragon Award. This award honors and recognizes individuals who are exemplary role models for the next generation of community leaders. The recipient is known for their leadership, service to others, and distinction in their field.
