A first-of-its-kind festival arrives in Tampa with big-name artists, rides and games, and some of the best fair food while encompassing all the elements of a thrilling carnival. The Pied Piper Productions' XOXO Carnival is set to take place at Armature Works in Tampa Bay from May 4th through May 8th and will host some of the biggest acts in EDM and more local talent. Enjoy art, dance to music from the world’s biggest DJs, and performers, and ride thrilling rides all while enjoying the best view of the city on the Hillsborough River.
The XOXO Carnival is the inaugural and the first year for this event in Tampa taking place over Cinco de Mayo weekend. DJ Snake, Deadmau5, Lil Jon, and Shaggy are just some of the names headlining this festival, making it the premier concert for the holiday weekend!
With over 300,000 square feet and plenty of room, Pied Piper Productions really wanted the XOXO Carnival to be a one-stop-shop for fun with tons of games, rides, bars, food trucks, and displays by local artists. Expect this carnival-turned-festival to sell out asap.

Pied Piper Productions is Tampa's leading EDM and carnival event producer after the Haunted Carnival last Halloween was a thrill for the Downtown area. Taking into consideration that this is an all-ages, multi-day event drawing locals and tourists, Pied Piper Productions wanted to cater an event to every last person in the Bay Area. You can buy carnival-only passes that get you access to just the carnival and rides, while the tickets to the evening performers are 18+. The carnival-only pass allows you to visit the carnival, go on rides, and play games all night long. With a VIP ticket, you will get access to the stage to see all the biggest artists as well as the carnival. VIP tables are available at different tiers and get you access to exclusive bars and seating within the stage area.
