Job Description: Being a GRILL COOK for Ciccio CALI means you are directly in charge of prepped and finished food production, safety and sanitation. Your job and day to day tasks will revolve around proper food handling, recipe execution, food preparation and production and ensuring cleanliness. Working with urgency and purpose every minute of every shift is crucial. Saute cooks take pride in working fast, clean and producing world class food. Our Grill Cooks prepare several items from prepping marinades, pizza dough and roasted veggies and to executing some of our guests most favorite wraps and pizzas like the Ciccio Pizza and the Spicy Rio Burrito.

General Responsibilities:

oPractices 100% recipe adherence when preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling dishes

oPerform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within acceptable range

oEnsure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth execution

oSet up and clean station according to standard operating procedures

oMaintain a clean station, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves

oComply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards

oEnsure quality and freshness of ingredients and products

oPerform additional tasks as assigned by the management team

General Requirements:

oCooking experience in a restaurant
