This registration site is for residents living outside of Hillsborough County ONLY. If you live in Hillsborough County, please go to Compost Happens, Water-Wise and Rain Barrel Workshop (Hillsborough County Residents) to register for these workshops.
8:30 AM - Attend a Composting Workshop and learn to turn trash to treasure. You'll receive a compost bin, compost bucket and thermometer after attending the workshop. (1 per household and the representative of the household must be an adult )*!
9:30 AM - The Microirrigation workshop will teach you how you can have healthy and attractive landscape beds while conserving water. This irrigation method not only conserves water, but is not restricted by current water restrictions as are traditional in-ground irrigation systems! Hillsborough County residents will receive 1 microirrigation kit* (per household and the representative of the household must be an adult) after they attend the workshop.
10:30 AM - Learn how Rainwater Harvesting is useful for collecting rainwater for ornamental plant irrigation while reducing erosion and stormwater runoff, and the use of potable water for irrigation. Hillsborough County residents will receive 1- 55 gallon plastic food-grade barrel* (per household and the representative of the household must be an adult) after they attend a workshop.

*If you have attended any of these workshops in the past you are not eligible to attend again*

Attending workshops on behalf of another person is not permitted. No photographs or recording of presentations is allowed without prior permission from the presenter(s).
