Ever felt inspired watching Rocky train? Boxing fitness is one of the most effective forms of fat-melting cardio! Our certified personal trainer Bryan Jaglal and boxing coach Justin Mitchell developed a high intensity workout that promises results!
WHAT TO EXPECTThe hour will be divided accordingly, beginning with stretching followed by an intense circuit warm up led by Trainer Bryan. With elevated heart rates, Coach Justin will take charge of a technique session followed by the long anticipated boxing circuit!This camp is open to the public. Beginner level exercise program. Modifications available for those with disabilities. Admission is $15/person. Payments accepted in cash and collected day of event. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign liability waiver. Please note: Boxing gloves are mandatory to participate in workout. Boxing gloves will be available for rent/sale day of event.
