The Server ensures all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service according to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse standards.

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced and guest-centric environment to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. Demonstrate hospitality by guiding guests through menu with thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients. Serving guests seated around a hibachi grill table.

Kobe adopts a tip sharing policy. Tips are paid bi-weekly through employee pay checks.

Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol minimum 18 years old.
Two years restaurant experience is preferred
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive with excellent communication skills
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs. as needed
Continuously standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying and twisting and use of hands and arms
Obtain approved food handling training and state alcohol training required by local laws within 30 days of hire
