Barre3 is a full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You'll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts.

When: Thursday 6/20 @ 5:30pm
Where: Aprile Chiropractic & Wellness (enter through the side door on the left-hand side of the building)
What to bring? A yoga mat + water bottle
Please try and arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set-up. All are welcome, no experience required.
The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
