Yoga Beginner Workshop

This workshop will be 2 hours long and have lecture, Q&A and offer some yoga postures and meditation for you to participate (less than 50% will be actual yoga so you can understand before you begin.
Bringing a mat is recommended to try some forms and poses or can be bought in the boutique.
$25 per person in advance and $35 at the door. The workshop will be limited to 10 people so the session can be interactive and person.
Yoga has profound benefits on our life. So many people take their first class without understanding what to expect, the teacher does some "yoga thing" they have never seen before and the student thinks "that's not what I expected" and come to the conclusion they will not like YOGA at all.
Yoga can be many different things to each individual. Each teacher will offer a different style. Come see what YOGA can offer you whether it's stress relief, weight loss, alignment, healing, friendship, or just curious we will give you some insight on what YOGA is really about and let you decide what style and classes will be the perfect fit for you.
Danielle Kelley is an instructor and yoga studio owner that employees many teachers, each with their own yoga style? She selected each to ensure that all yoga students will have a suitable match to their own personality and preferences. After this workshop you will know more to help you pick your style of yoga and not the yoga style picking you. You will learn a few movements and techniques to take home with you and practice on your own. This workshop can save you time and pressure from going to a crowded class in which you are just another mat in the crowd struggling to know where or if you fit in with that class and instructor.
