Thanksgiving Day is fast approaching and for those who like to go out to eat, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa has a triple seven readied for a turkey day with the kind of excitement you can’t get from the grown-ups table at mom’s place.

Three of the hotel’s restaurants are offering their own Thanksgiving Feasts: Rise Kitchen and Bakery, Council Oaks Steaks and Seafood, and Fresh Harvest.

The Rise Kitchen & Bakery is known for their snacks, flatbreads, soups made from scratch, sandwiches and its plethora of baked goods and desserts. They are offering a more classic take on the traditional meal. Pumpkin soup to start, followed by a Roasted turkey breast entrée with your cornbread stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, and roasted turkey gravy, and ending with your choice of pumpkin or pecan pie.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood offers your turkey dinner with a little more of a twist akin to their contemporary and innovative twist on fine dining: Butternut squash soup to start, followed by roasted heritage black turkey entrée with a molasses-mustard glaze, kombucha pumpkin gnocchi, shaved-bacon brussels sprouts, heirloom carrots, andouille sausage-pretzel stuffing, cranberry fig compote and smoked onion gravy, and a white chocolate croissant bread pudding with a pumpkin glaze, cinnamon cream, and pecan brittle. Cap it all off with a visit to the Council Oak Lounge for live entertainment and cocktails.
Now for those who can’t make up their minds, Fresh Harvest is an all-you-can-eat buffet with seven kitchens featuring the freshest ingredients and the most entertaining chefs. They are having a Thanksgiving Day Buffet with a wide variety of options from traditional roast turkey with giblet gravy and green bean casserole to slow cooked boneless country style pork ribs and black Angus sliders.

All three delicious restaurants add to the fun and excitement that await you at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino!
