Established in 1982 in Austin, Texas, our founders had a vision for a fun and funky Tex-Mex restaurant that served authentic and fresh food in an atmosphere that appealed to everyone. From these humble beginnings Chuy's was born!

One of my favorite Tex-mex places and you can get it in Florida! Chuy's is a staple in Austin, and heck, all over Texas and now I don't have to see my family to enjoy their tacos and burritos! Just kidding, I love my family. But I also love Chuy's and it's way more affordable than a visit out west.
