Miami is home to ever-changing trends that can make it difficult for establishments to keep up with their customers’ needs. The longevity of some of these bars is a testament to the fact that they must be doing something right. The oldest bars in Miami are proof that standing out and staying true to their identity can be as important as serving excellent meals and cocktails.
